– Focus on small improvements each day
Small improvements slowly build up leading to big improvements over time.
Don’t neglect doing one thing each day to get better.
– Don’t put to much pressure on yourself
Being consistent doesn’t mean working 24/7.
This puts stress and pressure on yourself to live up to an impossible expectation.
– Realize it all starts with 1
One push-up, one conversation, and one healthy meal seem like nothing but it is what gets your journey started!
You will never succeed if you don’t start.
– You might not see growth right away
It takes time for everything to come together but that doesn’t mean you aren’t progressing.
– Write out a schedule
Scheduling helps you to stay on track and not get distracted.
It helps you to build good habits as well.
– Do it even if you don’t feel like it
Reject the thoughts in your mind telling you, you can’t do it.
You’re capable of anything if you set your mind to it.
– Make sure you’re doing something you love
It’s hard to be consistent when you have no purpose to your actions.
Take a second and think if you really want what you’re going after.
– Understand that there will be ups and downs
It won’t just be easy you’ll have hard times.
Expect the unexpected and you will be more consistent.
It’s not all about talent. It’s about dependability, consistency, and being able to improve. If you work hard and you’re coachable, and you understand what you need to do, you can improve.
